1. Distance agreement

The Seller of the goods offered in this Internet store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

2. Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Internet service. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

According to the Act of November 4, 2022 amending the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act - Civil Code and the Act - Private International Law the Buyer cannot use the rights of refusal when the contract is concluded for the supply of digital content and the supply of digital content has been initiated with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation of the loss of the right of refusal.

3. Obligations of the Buyer

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to use the online store honestly and correctly, not to harm its work or operation. If the Buyer does not comply with this obligation, the Seller has the right to limit, stop (terminate) the Buyer's ability to use the online store without prior notice, and the Seller is not responsible for any related losses of the Buyer.

3.2. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the ordered goods and accept them in accordance with the procedures set out in these Regulations.

3.3. Along with the delivery of the E-book/s, the Seller grants the Buyer permission to download (where applicable), display and read the E-book/s on the Buyer E-book reading devices solely for the Buyer`s personal use. The Buyer does not have the right to reproduce the E-book/s or any part of it (including printing, gift, sell, lend for use, rent, lease, publish, publicly perform, broadcast, transfer or in any other way distribute it to another person, or grant permission to use the E-book/s to another person). The Buyer has no rights to modify the content of the E-book/s including, but not limited to, amend or delete any E-book/s copyright notices, E-book/s usage notices, legal disclaimers, etc. The Buyer has no right to bypass, amend, overcome, etc. any means of protection of the E-book/s.

4. Responsibilities of the Seller

The Seller undertakes:

4.1. To make every effort to ensure the conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.

4.2. Respect the Buyer's privacy, process the Buyer's personal data only in accordance with the procedures specified in the Regulations, Privacy Policy and legal acts.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to comply with all requirements specified in these Regulations.

Privacy policy

Personal data are processed according to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The following personal data of the client is processed: name and email address; bank account number; contact information; information about the purchases made. Personal data is used ONLY to process customer orders. No customer data are used for marketing activities.

Legal basis

Personal data is processed to fulfill the Distance Agreement concluded with the customer (purchasing an e-book). Personal data is processed to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. accounting and consumer dispute resolution).

Recipients of personal data

Personal data is provided to the website's customer support service to manage purchases and purchase history and to resolve customer issues.

The customer's name, account number and email address are provided to the service provider that manages the payment service on the website.

Storage

The necessary personal data is stored for accounting or consumer dispute resolution.

In case of disputes related to payments and consumer requests, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or the deadline expires.
